You are all confirmed for your vehicle.
**Please note, we can not guarantee a specific vehicle, however we will guarantee that the vehicle category and size will be reserved for you. If there will be a change with the vehicle specified, we will send you an email prior to arrival to let you know.**
We will provide self checkin at the airport.
We will have your vehicle parked in the lot at the airport.
If you are using ELH Airport, you will get to the lot by exiting the terminal, walking to your left, and entering the large lot on the right, your vehicle will be parked there.
If you are using GHB or RSD Airport, your vehicle will be parked in the nearest available space outside the terminal.
The Big Daddy’s logo is on the front doors. The doors are unlocked and the keys OVER THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE.

You will also return the vehicle to the same lot on your day of departure. Park the vehicle in any available space, leave the doors UNLOCKED and the keys over the right front tire. Please remember to replace the fuel to the same level as you received it.
DEPARTURE INFO:
**PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE VEHICLE 2 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME OF YOUR FLIGHT, TO ALLOW TIME FOR YOU TO CLEAR CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOLS AT THE AIRPORT AND SO THAT WE CAN HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO PREPARE THE VEHICLE FOR INCOMING CLIENTS. DROP OFF AFTER THE 2 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 1/2 DAY RENTAL COST CHARGED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION**
You should receive an electronic copy of your contract and a receipt of your payment via email.
We try to make our booking process as seamless as possible, so that when you arrive to the island, you can walk off the plane, jump into your vehicle and immediately drive away to enjoy the island!
